All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable statutory rate. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, though there may be slight color variations depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
3. Orders
Your order is considered confirmed once you receive the confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers.
5. Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The provisions of our Return and Refund Policy apply, which grants a 60-day return period.
7. Legal Warranty
All items are covered by the 3-year legal warranty of conformity provided for in Decree-Law No. 84/2021.

9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the Portuguese courts shall have jurisdiction.
