Return and Refund Policy

At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have an extended period to return the items.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your items within 60 days from the date you receive your order, without needing to provide a reason. This period is longer than the 14-day legal cooling-off period provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

2. Return Costs

Returns are completely free. We provide a prepaid return label, so you will not incur any shipping costs associated with the return.

3. Condition of Items

For a return to be accepted, items must be:

Unused and in perfect condition;

With all original tags attached;

In the original packaging, whenever possible.

Personalized items (with a name and number of your choice) can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect.

4. How to Return an Item

You will receive the prepaid return label and instructions;

Place the item in the packaging and affix the label;

Drop it off at the designated carrier.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount includes the price of the item.

6. Exchanges

Would you like a different size or model? We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order, ensuring the desired item is in stock.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All items are covered by the 3-year legal warranty of conformity provided for in Decree-Law No. 84/2021. In the event of a defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract.
